Gallery update

Hello my friends and fellow artists,

So I have created a new folder for submission "April 2015" the limit is 2 per day and will be automatically approved.

So please every one submit to the new folder and please keep the rules in mind when submitting if the systems begins to get abused the automatic submission then it will be changed. I really done want to change it but I will if I must.

PS I have also updated the rules to reflect the changes made.
